Associate Architectural Director Job in North Yorkshire

Associate Architectural Director Job joining a leading consultancy focused on transforming rural spaces across the UK. With expertise in planning, architecture, and development, they specialise in creating sustainable, contemporary projects that enhance rural environments. For this role they are offering up to 60,000 + bonus + 25 days holiday + Christmas Closure + Bank Holidays

This planning and design consultancy established over 20 years ago has a team of over 50 experts dedicated to enhancing the countryside through thoughtful, high-quality projects. With a focus on high-end residential, country estates, and commercial developments, they work across the UK to transform spaces with a sustainable and modern vision.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Use your high-quality client management skills to build new and develop existing relationships, understand the brief, and deliver exceptional results

  • Seek out and secure new business opportunities, collaborate effectively, and contribute to the firm's overall expansion

  • Take a leading role in complex projects from concept through to completion, ensuring high-quality design standards and project timelines are executed

  • Working with and supporting team members, fostering a collaborative and encouraging environment for personal and professional growth.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years UK experience post part III, and registered with ARB

  • A demonstratable experience of successfully leading projects from concept to completion

  • Experience leading teams through clear communication, and collaboration, with a track record of assisting junior members of staff to develop their skills

  • Use your business awareness to identify opportunities for company-wide growth with and contribute to business development activities

  • Experience working with the client to fully understand the brief, articulating design concepts and leading engaging presentations

  • You must have experience in the following AutoCAD, Sketch-up, and In-design.
