- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining or 2 Rosette-level environment.
- Strong knowledge of fine wines and food pairings.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage the restaurant's operations efficiently, including rotas, stock, and ordering.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
