Are you a proactive and organised professional ready to support a dynamic leadership team?

Our client is seeking a Team Administrator to provide essential support across the business. This hybrid role combines PA duties, office administration, and operational support, offering variety and the opportunity to make a real impact.

Responsibilities include:

  • Administrative Support: Maintain company records, manage staff holidays, training, and appraisals, and oversee supply chain records.
  • Director Support: Provide diary management, reminders, and assistance with correspondence, payments, and ad hoc tasks.
  • Project Support: Assist with document control, compliance requirements, and contract handovers.
  • Business Promotion: Help with website updates, social media posts, and attending job fairs.
  • General Duties: Coordinate company vehicle servicing, issue reports, and provide cover for staff holidays or sickness.

About You:

  • Previous admin or PA experience, ideally in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills.
  • A proactive, flexible approach with the ability to multitask and take initiative.
