What You Will Do:
- Perform end-to-end vehicle validation for connected car services using mobile apps and smartwatches.
- Ensure testing resources are prepared before validation commencement.
- Raise and track incident tickets in the management system through to closure.
- Follow testing methods and procedures that comply with company specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct root cause investigations of concerns with relevant stakeholders.
- Confirm vehicle level quality, function, and reliability standards are maintained.
What You Will Bring:
- Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
- Experience in validation within the automotive industry is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with practical experience in using problem-solving tools and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise and multitask between multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid UK/European driving licence is essential.
