Are you a Sales Executive or similar with a background in B2B Sales or Cold Calling looking to work for a market-leading courier company who are known for looking after their staff, have a great working environment and are hungry to grow the business in 2025 by offering uncapped commission to make you a 6 figure earner?

On offer is to join an independent family-run courier service who have been established for over 25 years, they have steadily grown with turnover hitting 1.5 million in 2024. The company provide courier solutions for businesses across the UK and Europe with a network of over 2,500 drivers. They specialise in end-to-end solutions, priding themselves on their personal touch and rapid 24 hour delivery.

This role will see you responsible for the entire companies new business sales, you will be tasked with reaching out to old prospects, growing existing accounts and targeting new clients through research, cold calling and client visits. Your KPI's are based purely on new clients each month and the commission is structured at 10% of each order, with orders ranging from 50 all the way to 3000.

This position would suit a candidate with a background in B2B sales or cold calling looking for a great company with a good culture who can offer the opportunity to significantly boost your earnings with great commission rates.

The Role:

  • B2B New Business Sales - cold calling

  • Office based role (95PM)
  • 10% Commission of the total value of new business sales
