Sales Consultant – Energy Sector
Location: Newport Pagnell (MK16 9QS)
Salary: Up to £35,000 basic DOE + £5,000 car allowance, Uncapped Commission, 25 Days Annual Leave, Agile Working Policy, Annual Awards, Incentives, Structured Career Progression, Ongoing Professional Development.
As we expand our team in 2025, we’re seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our Energy team at our Newport Pagnell office.

The Role
As a Sales Consultant, your role involves finding new business opportunities by mapping the market and developing tailored sales strategies. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients by gaining a deep understanding of their needs and promote our services. The role will focus on crafting a robust sales plan, establishing and nurturing long-lasting client relationships, and becoming the ‘face’ of Ganymede within the energy sector. You will have the support of our Resource team, who you will provide roles, and will oversee the entire candidate journey.
The Candidate
We are looking for an experienced salesperson, with a proven track record of high performance within a sale focused recruitment role. Although experience in the Energy sector would be advantageous, we will consider people who have worked in other sectors who are willing to learn. Training will be provided to bring you up to speed in the areas we operate in, but it is imperative this person is a self-starter with a thirst to build on their knowledge and immerse themselves in the energy sector. We are looking for a strong communicator; someone who can build and maintain lasting relationships and is highly ambitious. Our ideal candidate will have leadership aspirations, with progression opportunities for the position to grow into a management role within our structure. A high level of spoken and written English is essential.
