Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk, 5 months+ £25,700
Our client, a well established business in the Bedford area, have a need for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their head office finance team.
This is a 5 months fixed term contract starting in November. The role is to provide cover whilst systems implementation & testing takes place. 3 Days Office based after probation.
Working in a busy and fast paced finance team, your duties as Accounts Payable Clerk will include:
- Posting invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Dealing with finance queries
- Payment runs
- Finance administration
- Support to business as needed
The ideal candidate for the Accounts Payable Clerk opportunity will have 2-3 years purchase ledger experience, be confident working as part of a team, building relationships at all levels and working to deadlines. You will be confident posting invoices, reconciling statements, working as part of a team and handling queries.
