Sales Development Representative, Bedford

£25,000 - £27,000 per annum plus comm OTE £31,000 - £35,000

Our client is a dynamic, rapidly growing, employee-owned company. Market leaders in their field across Europe and the UK. They are committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to their customers, particularly in the construction and manufacturing sectors.

They are seeking a proactive and results driven Sales Development Representative to join their sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and sales across different channels
  • Make outbound calls and develop a sales pipeline to meet long-term objectives and targets
  • Make warm calls from marketing campaigns, nurturing them through the sales pipeline to meeting stage.
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date records on the CRM system

Person Specification:

  • Proven experience within a sales, commercial or customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers
  • Able to work as part of a team, as well as being self-motivated to work independently
  • Familiarity with the construction and manufacturing sectors is desirable but not essential.
