Role: Business Change Manager
Reporting To:Â Senior Programme Manager
Annual Salary - £62K
Purpose:Join the Money and Pensions Service (MaPS) to drive impactful change projects. As a Business Change Manager, you'll assess readiness for change, plan and communicate with stakeholders, and support business cases to realise project benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business change management activities and deliver project benefits.
- Develop and champion best practice standards and tools.
- Support high-quality business case development.
- Manage change products and stakeholder engagement.
- Own and input into change and project plans.
- Lead operational readiness and benefits realisation.
- Guide and support the team and portfolio.
Essential Experience:
- Expertise in business change methodology in project environments.
- Experience in customer-facing operations and remote services.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and risk management skills.
- Proficient in all project life cycle stages.
- Familiarity with various change management frameworks.
Desirable:
- Public sector experience.
