Role: Business Change Manager

Reporting To: Senior Programme Manager

Annual Salary - £62K

Purpose:Join the Money and Pensions Service (MaPS) to drive impactful change projects. As a Business Change Manager, you'll assess readiness for change, plan and communicate with stakeholders, and support business cases to realise project benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business change management activities and deliver project benefits.
  • Develop and champion best practice standards and tools.
  • Support high-quality business case development.
  • Manage change products and stakeholder engagement.
  • Own and input into change and project plans.
  • Lead operational readiness and benefits realisation.
  • Guide and support the team and portfolio.

Essential Experience:

  • Expertise in business change methodology in project environments.
  • Experience in customer-facing operations and remote services.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and risk management skills.
  • Proficient in all project life cycle stages.
  • Familiarity with various change management frameworks.

Desirable:

  • Public sector experience.
