On behalf of our client, a fast-growing top 20 UK accountancy firm, we are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their award-winning property and housing accounts team in Milton Keynes.
THE ROLEYou will manage a key client portfolio, overseeing service charge accounts, audit assignments, and team management while collaborating with senior leadership on strategic business development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Prepare and review property service charge accounts and financial statements
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high standards of financial reporting
- Develop client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service
- Identify growth opportunities and contribute to business development initiatives
- Manage workflow and resources to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Provide mentoring and development support to junior team members
- At least AAT qualified or part ACCA/ACA qualified
- Strong accounting background with practice experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills and organised approach to workload
- Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel capabilities
- Service charge accounting knowledge beneficial or Property and housing sector exposure
- 37.5 hours weekly with flexible, hybrid working
