- Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader within the aerospace, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong commercial and strategic mindset with a track record of driving business performance.
- Expertise in financial planning, corporate finance, and risk management.
- Experience in leading change and transformation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, with the ability to engage at board level.
- A professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is preferred.
