About the Role

As a Financial Reporting Manager, you will:

  • Lead and deliver complex accounting projects, including IFRS transitions, acquisition accounting, and consolidations.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members in preparing financial statements compliant with FRS 102, FRS 101, IFRS, and other relevant standards.
  • Build strong client relationships, providing insights and introducing additional service lines to meet their needs.
  • Ensure exceptional client service by maintaining regular communication and acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Identify business development opportunities and contribute to the growth of the team.
About You

We are seeking a finalist stage qualified professional with:

  • Finalist or Full ACA/ACCA qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS financial reporting.
  • Proven experience in client management and building rapport with stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel.
  • Experience supervising and coaching junior team members.
