Role Responsibilities* Manage full financial reporting cycle and statutory accounts preparation* Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes* Develop and maintain comprehensive financial controls and procedures* Collaborate with senior leadership to provide strategic financial insights* Manage and develop the finance team's capabilities and performance* Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

Profile

Required Experience and Qualifications* Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with minimum 5-7 years' financial leadership experience* Proven track record in retail or fast-moving consumer goods sector* Advanced Excel and financial systems expertise* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities* Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business functions* Strategic thinking and commercial acumen
