Customer Service Administrator

Location: Bedford - Office based ONLY
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Pay: 12.00 per hour
Duration: Temporary - 4-8 weeks initially, with a likely extension

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Engaging with customers: Contact customers to gather information and schedule engineer visits.
  • Updating systems: Keep records up to date with customer requests and details of the work needed.
  • Managing data: Update Excel spreadsheets with important information.
  • Rescheduling appointments: Rebook engineer visits when necessary.
  • Providing support: Handle customer queries via email and phone.
  • General administration: Assist with various administrative tasks.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills: Strong written and verbal skills are a must.
  • Computer proficiency: Confidence in using a computer is essential.
  • Customer service experience: Previous experience in retail or a call centre is essential.
  • Commitment and hard work: We need a dedicated and hardworking individual.
  • Excel knowledge: Familiarity with Excel is a plus.
