Bedfordshire (Field-based located in the Home Counties and London)
£30000 – £35000 + Company Car + Sales Incentives
Reed Food & FMCG are partnering with a fast-moving consumer goods distribution business primarily focused on snack food categories. Their products are available across all the national retailers and independent groceries. The portfolio of brands that they distribute are primarily from South East Asia and are market leaders in these countries.

The Challenge
They are seeking a motivated Regional Sales Manager located in London and Home Counties to drive sales growth and expand market presence for their brands. This role is perfect for an experienced FMCG sales professional and has the passion for building customer relationships and working with a number of Territory Sales Managers to achieve both the distribution and sales targets

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and distribution plans for the region
- Develop strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new opportunities.
- Have strong people skills that will enable the team to perform in a highly competitive environment
- To develop and execute business development plans.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with trade marketing, customer service teams to optimize sales efforts.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to the Chief Sales Officer.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of proven sales experience, in sales of FMCG products
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales and distribution targets
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.
