Are you an experienced salesperson looking for a new opportunity with uncapped commission and career progression? This role offers personal development, industry recognised training and uncapped earnings.

One of the UK’s Top 100 Insurance Brokers with offices in Bedford needs experienced Sales Executives to join established teams. You will be making outbound calls to warm leads selling insurance products to business.

General duties:

o Working on warm sales leads generated by a closely linked telemarketing team

o Selling market-leading insurance products to prospective clients

o Retaining repeat business at times through excellent service standards

Essential personal skills:

o Proven track record in exceeding sales targets

o Driven and hungry approach toward sales

o Enthusiastic persona with the desire to succeed

Commission/Bonuses/Benefits

  • 8% commission on all new business

The next year at renewal, if the client renews you will earn 8% of the renewal (Many times the clients premiums increase due to growth). The renewal sell is conducted by dedicated renewals team giving our Sales Executives the opportunity to focus on new sales. Current retention rates are 90% across the business.

Consistency bonus scheme

If you hit target 2 months in a row you earn an extra £100, 3 months £200 and 4 months £750 and you will be paid £750 a month for every month where you hit afterwards.

  • The person with the most business sold in a month earns a £250 bonus
  • The person with the most business sold in a quarter earns a £500 bonus
  • The salesperson of the year wins
  • 2 first class tickets to any destination in the world,
  • 2nd place £2000

Package

  • £30,000 + bonus
