As COO – and then company director – your mission will be to make that growth happen.
Your key duties as interim COO will include:
- Managing the successful performance of business operations.
- Developing and helping implement an ambitious and rewarding growth strategy.
- Building new client base(s), whilst also nurturing/cross-selling existing client base.
- Attracting and retaining the exceptional new talent that will help take the brokerage to the next level.
- Shaping a regime for nurturing excellence, including employee training opportunities.
- Ensuring efficiency across all the company’s operations, marketing and administration.

This is therefore the perfect opportunity for a motivated, accomplished and proven current COO or senior operations manager who brings an impressive track record within the insurance sector. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate an exceptional understanding of what the insurance brokerage needs to succeed.
The brokerage is highly people-oriented. You will need to therefore also have a strong track record in successful people management, helping people to be the best they can be. This will include understanding how to attract, recruit, retain and motivate exceptional talent; as well as building an exciting, successful and healthy working culture.
