- Design and implementation of internal communication strategies to drive engagement and action.
- Drafting and editing of communications such as newsletters and emails; and also driving the agenda for Town Halls and creative communications.
- Monitoring and reporting on data trends, pulse and feedback to inform future strategies.
- Organising company-wide events and webinars.
- Liaising with department leaders and the SLT to keep employees informed and engaged; with the gravitas to influence where required.
- Ensuring internal communication messages align with brand values.

- Proven experience in a similar role and demonstrable examples of influencing and driving engagement through periods of change.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and examples of working with hard-to-reach audiences.
- The ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Ideally, you will have worked within a business with Union support; to understand the dynamics of this relationship.
