Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Learning Disability Home Manager to join our team in North Bedfordshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing services for individuals with learning disabilities and possess comprehensive knowledge of Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the learning disability home
- Ensure high-quality care in line with CQC standards
- Manage and lead a team of care staff
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Foster a supportive and positive environment for both staff and residents
