Location: Bedford
Hours: Monday Friday, 9am 5pm (occasional overtime available)

Our client is a growing company based in Bedford, and theyre looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their small, friendly team on a temporary basis.

The Role:

• Responding to customer queries via phone and email

• Ensuring excellent service is delivered at all times
