Trainee Customer Service Executive
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Customer Service Executive to join our client’s growing team in Wellingborough.
You will be studying on the Level 3 Customer Service Specialist apprenticeship as well as full "on the job" training within a great team.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing incoming orders via email and phone.
- Updating customers on order progress and status.
- Supporting customers with all queries, liaising with colleagues and ensuring timely and accurate response.
- Tracking and monitoring customer deliveries.
- Attending meetings with the sales team and working collaboratively with them.
- Completing the Level 3 Customer Service Specialist apprenticeship.
- Ensuring that the in-house database is kept up to date and accurate.
You should be passionate about offering excellent levels of customer service and have good communication, administration and organisation skills. You will be keen to learn and be a pro-active team player.
