The Role:We are looking for a pro-active and outgoing person to deliver the very best service to my clients new and existing clients.

This varied and rewarding office-based role offers a great opportunity for the next step in your career, Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm.

No day will be the same, dealing with incoming and outgoing enquiries, administration and any customer service focused tasks.

More Detail:

  • Setting up new clients on the system.
  • Assisting existing clients with changes to their existing services- obtaining quotations, terms and confirming to client.
  • Updating system with new details/changes.
  • Using online portals to amend or update policies.
  • Issue of documentation to clients.
  • Ensure suppliers and clients are kept updated of any policy changes.
  • Providing suppliers with any relevant documentation required.
  • Offering additional services/products to clients.
  • Taking payment relating to account changes.
  • Managing a diary system for outstanding items.
  • Assisting the existing client department with taking payments and issuing new contracts.

The Person:

You will have existing office-based customer service experience, coupled with a positive and pro-active approach with excellent communication skills.

Along with excellent time management and administration skills, you will be true team player, willing to go the extra mile for your colleagues and clients alike.
