What You'll Do:
  • Be the main point of contact for customer queries, handling them by phone and email.
  • Ensure orders are processed correctly and pricing is accurate.
  • Resolve any supply or delivery issues to keep our targets on track.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to manage customer accounts and ensure smooth communication.
  • Track and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Work towards team goals and contribute to continuous improvement.
What They're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a busy environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable working with computer systems (intermediate level).
  • A team player who enjoys building relationships at all levels.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience in a manufacturing or similar industry.
  • Knowledge of SAP or CRM systems.
