- Act as ‘front-line’ communication for customers by booking appointments for our estate agency branches
- Interact with customers and branches over the phone, to address their inquiries, book appropriate appointments and recommend our services
- Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and patience in all customer interactions, always ensuring a positive customer experience whilst adhering to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
