The Company:A well-known UK designer and manufacturer with a key focus on sustainability.
Main duties:To provide excellent customer service and administrative support.
The Role:- To provide excellent service over telephone, email and live web-chat. - To process orders through the system and manage shipping documentation- To resolve customer queries regarding products or services in a timely manner- To manage returns and refund processes- To manage payment processes and ensure administration is completed accordingly- To provide management with customer feedback and suggest improvements where appropriate
The Candidate:- Fluent in German (written and spoken) - Essential- Previous experience in customer service - Beneficial- Able to work one in two weekends- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality- Excellent communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- IT literate
The Salary: Between £24,500 and £28,500 per annum plus benefits
