We are actively recruiting for a German speaking Customer Service Representative to work for one of the UK's largest menswear brand, the UK head office is based in Milton Keynes. Please note, for this role, you must be fluent in German, including written and verbally.

Working Hours: 08:00am - 18:00pm on weekdays and 08:00am - 17:00pm on weekends (39.15 hours a week). Please note, you would be required to work every other weekend.

Location: Milton Keynes, hybrid working policy means you work from the office 3 days per week (once probation is passed).

What you will be doing:

  • Answer inbound telephone calls, emails and web chats from the global network of customers from German speaking nations.
  • Placing orders, managing queries, resolving complaints and assisting customers in finding the right look and style.
  • Supporting retail colleagues based in stores from London to New York City in the US.
  • Liaising with colleagues throughout the business.
  • Pro-actively work to achieve the Contact Centre SLA’s and individual KPI targets.

Skills Required:

  • Fluent and highly confident in speaking German.
  • Contact Centre experience is desirable.
  • Minimum of 6 months customer service experience essential.
  • You will need an excellent command of the English Language.
  • Strong written skills will good grammar
  • Internet knowledge is useful and PC skills are essential
  • Typing speed of 30wpm
  • Flexible to working patterns and available to work some weekends and evenings depending on shift.
  • Warm and bubbly personality.
  • Excellent communicator with strong rapport building skills.
  • Passionate about people and passionate about delivering great customer experiences.
  • Welcoming and friendly telephone manner.
  • Committed and professional approach to work.
  • Independent thinker who is confident in using own initiative
  • Pro- active approach to workload and achieving individual and team targets.
  • Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
