As a Maintenance Team Manager, you will bring managerial or supervisory experience, strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities. You will be accountable for driving motivation and improving the efficiency of a large group of engineers.
Key responsibilities for a Maintenance Team Manager
- Lead a team of engineers to ensure optimal efficiency
- Responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Responsible for compliance and health and safety - ensuring 100% pass rate on periodic audits
- Weekly one to one meetings
- Serve as the primary contact for supervisors
