We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Team Manager to join our client who are an aspiring leader in their industry and have over 40 years of industry experience. They have grown rapidly in recent years, having brought in a new fire safety division, and are ever evolving, providing opportunity for career growth.

As a Maintenance Team Manager, you will bring managerial or supervisory experience, strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities. You will be accountable for driving motivation and improving the efficiency of a large group of engineers.

Key responsibilities for a Maintenance Team Manager

  • Lead a team of engineers to ensure optimal efficiency
  • Responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Responsible for compliance and health and safety - ensuring 100% pass rate on periodic audits
  • Weekly one to one meetings
  • Serve as the primary contact for supervisors
