Document Controller - Highways & Civil Infrastructure - A428 Project

Randstad is looking for a dedicated Document Controller to join our team on the A428 project. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of information for this crucial infrastructure development.
What you'll be doing:
- Maintaining Order: You'll be responsible for the effective management and control of all project documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely distribution.
- Digital Expertise: You'll utilize your strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, to create and maintain databases, track document revisions, and generate reports.
- Highways Focus: You'll have a keen understanding of the specific documentation requirements for highways projects, working with the project team to ensure compliance.
- Communication & Collaboration: You'll collaborate effectively with the project team, subcontractors, and stakeholders, providing excellent communication and support.
What you'll bring:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Document Controller, ideally within the civil engineering or highways sector.
- Digital Prowess: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular focus on Excel and Word.
- Organization & Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a methodical approach to managing documents.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively within a team environment.
