Key Qualities:- Educational Background: A degree in Psychology, Criminology, or a related field is preferred. Experience in SEN is highly valued, especially for recent graduates.
- Passion for Mental Health: A strong interest in mental health and supporting students with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs.
- Understanding of SEN: A commitment to understanding and addressing the unique learning and behavioural needs of students in an SEN setting.
- Local Candidate: Ideally located within a commutable distance to Kempston.
