Tradewind would love to hear from you. We are currently working with a range of schools in Bedford who are looking for SEND Teaching Assistants to join them on a full-time basis.

We are looking to recruit several Teaching Assistants to join our partner schools in Bedford. Our schools are looking to hear from passionate, motivated and reliable TA's who are keen to make a difference every day. Your role will be working with children with SEN, predominantly ASD. Any experience working with children with ASD, either professionally or personally would be highly beneficial.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of a C in Maths and English
  • Strong ability to build rapport with students and staff quickly
  • Willingness to complete ongoing CPD to ensure children's needs are met effectively.
