Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Overtime + Pension + Vehicle - OTE £60k
Days Based - Monday to Friday

My client is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of turnkey packaging machinery solutions to a variety of industries. With over 70 years of manufacturing experience, the group has gone from strength to strength over the last decade to become centre of excellence within the packing solutions industry. Due to further expansion within the British market, they have the need to recruit additional Service & Commissioning Engineer.
Key Skills
- Apprentice Trained in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience of PLC’s & Automated Machinery
- Understanding of Commissioning Systems
The Role
- Electrical Bias commissioning and service engineer UK wide.
- Installation and commissioning
- Upgrades
- Service
- PLC uploads, FF and modifications
- To carry out training of customer staff on machine operation following installation.
- Reporting & Feedback (Service reports, travel reports, warranty reports etc.)
- To have a willingness to learn new technologies and techniques.
- To be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- To be able to work with customer specific guidelines and safety instructions.
