Description

  • Organise and manage the 3 Executive's calendar by scheduling meetings, appointments, and other engagements, ensuring there are no conflicts.
  • Coordinate and streamline office operations.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to confirm meeting times, locations, and agendas.
  • Delegate tasks and assignments to team members.
  • Ensure all business services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage the calendar to prioritise tasks and activities based on urgency and importance.
  • Organise team meetings and maintain transparent communication.
  • Book flights, trains, car rentals and accommodations based on the Executive's preferences and business needs.
  • Prepare detailed travel itineraries, including flight details, accommodation information, and meeting schedules.
  • Monitor and record all expenses related to the executive's business activities, including travel, entertainment, and office supplies.
  • Handle the receipt and processing of invoices, ensuring they are accurate and authorised.
  • Handle phone calls, emails and other forms of communication, acting as a gatekeeper for the Executives you are supporting

Profile

The successful candidate for this Executive Assistant position should have the following skills:

  • Proven experience of supporting multiple people at Executive level
