About the Role:

Apex Care Home is seeking a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to support our General Manager and Operations Team. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to be at the heart of our operations, providing crucial assistance in managing our homes, staff, and service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Assist the General Manager and Operations Team with daily management tasks, including diary management, organizing meetings, and maintaining an organized office environment.
  • Project Support: Aid in the preparation of tenders, contracts, and compliance documents, and assist with the development and implementation of new monitoring systems and procedures.
  • Staff and HR Support: Support the recruitment process, including setting up interviews, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate staff records.
  • Compliance and Policy Management: Assist in ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, updating policies and procedures, and supporting Home Managers with daily administrative tasks.
  • Marketing and Development: Contribute to the marketing and promotion of the company, assisting with the development of new projects and maintaining professional networks.
  • Flexibility: Travel to Luton sometimes accompanying the Director as and when needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Professionalism: Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and maintain a high standard of professionalism.
