Sonic Summary

Triangle Recruitment, in partnership with Supreme Concrete, is seeking to expand its workforce due to increased workload, offering a full-time role with a starting salary of £12.32 per hour.
Overtime is available at premium rates, with weekend work paid at double time, and the salary can rise to £14.00 per hour after successful completion of a training program.
The position requires no specific prior experience as full training will be provided through a 12-week onboarding program.
Shifts are Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 15:30, and the role includes various duties such as machine operating, quality checks, and completing production paperwork.
Additional benefits include a quarterly bonus scheme, retention bonuses after 4 and 12 weeks of continuous service, and temp-to-perm opportunities for the right candidate.

Triangle Recruitment, working in partnership with Supreme Concrete, (Part of Ibstock PLC), are looking to expand its current workforce due to an increase in work load to ensure the factory unit is run effectively and efficiently.

Starting salary is £12.32 p/h overtime £18.50 p/h (rising to £14.00 after successful completion of Training Programme)

Full Training given with a 12 weeks On-boarding Programme

The shifts are Monday to Friday- 06:00 - 15:30 (with one hours overtime).

Overtime is available at Premium Rates (Weekends at Double Time) and a Quarterly Bonus Scheme, up to 5% of Basic Salary, is included!

Duties Include :-

Pre-Assembly of Steel Rebar.

Removing and Stacking of Finished Concrete Products

Machine Operating

Working as Part of a Team

Quality Checks

Completing production Paperwork

Temp to Perm Opportunities for the Right Candidate

Also on offer is £100 Retention Bonus after 4 Weeks Continuous Service and a further £200 Retention Bonus after 12 Weeks Continuous Service (Subject to Satisfactory Attendance Levels)
