This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading audit and accounts assignments, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior staff within a growing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing a portfolio of audit and accounts clients, ensuring compliance and quality standards
- Leading and reviewing audit assignments, from planning through to completion
- Overseeing accounts preparation and tax computations for a variety of businesses
- Mentoring and developing junior team members, providing training and support
- Liaising with clients, partners, and senior management to ensure exceptional service delivery
- ACA/ACCA qualified
- At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Proven experience in both audit and accounts preparation
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage client relationships
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
