Job Opportunity: Conveyancing Supervisor (Fully Remote)On behalf of a growing law firm, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Conveyancing Supervisor to join their dynamic team. This exciting opportunity is offered on a fully remote basis.

Position Overview:Our client, a well-established law firm, is looking for a talented Conveyancing Supervisor to play a key role in supporting and leading a team of junior conveyancers. The ideal candidate will bring both expertise and a passion for mentoring to help drive the growth of the team and business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Support & Mentorship: Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to junior conveyancers, ensuring high levels of development and performance across the team.
  • Quality Assurance: Review, support, and sign off on title checks and conveyancing work completed by junior team members, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Driving Business Growth: Work closely with senior management to support business development efforts and identify opportunities to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
  • Client Communication: Occasionally liaise with clients to address queries and provide updates on progress.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in conveyancing, with a solid understanding of the full conveyancing process.
  • Either be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or conveyancer
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or mentoring role is highly desirable.
  • Ability to review and sign off on complex legal documents and ensure all work meets the required legal standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with team members and clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
