Freelance Revit Architect - M&E IR35 Status: OutHourly - Circa £30 DOEContract Term - Ad hocLocation - RemoteWe are seeking a freelance architect with strong Revit skills and experience in architecture or landscape architecture.We're excited to support an award-winning design firm that has been creating, building, and maintaining landscapes for over three decades. Their projects range from private gardens to public spaces, demonstrating a commitment to crafting inspiring and functional environments. With a team of landscape architects, designers, builders, and horticulturists, they provide comprehensive, tailored solutions to meet diverse client needs.Responsibilities, but are not limited to

• Convert 2D AutoCAD drawings into a Revit-based model
• Model irrigation water feature pipework and integrate M&E elements into the BIM model
• Develop and manage Revit families, materials, and components for landscape elements
• Work with landscape proposals for terraces in a public realm project
• Handle floor build-ups, above-ground elements, and architectural interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate BIM coordination
• Update and refine the Revit model based on project requirements
• Support the team in embedding Revit workflows into the company

Experiences required

• Proven experience working with Revit in architecture or landscape architecture
• Strong ability to convert 2D AutoCAD drawings into Revit models
• Experience implementing irrigation pipework, paving materials, and M&E systems into Revit models
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and model coordination is a plus
• Must have own CAD capable workstation
• Must have own Revit license version 2023
