About the Role:We are seeking a Goods In Operative to join our client in Bedford (MK44). The company specializes in producing a variety of cables, and we need a dedicated individual to handle incoming stock and materials efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving, checking, and recording incoming stock and materials
- Ensuring all deliveries match the order specifications and quality standards
- Organizing and storing materials correctly within the warehouse
- Updating stock systems and reporting discrepancies
- Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:?? Previous experience in a warehouse or stock control role preferred?? Ability to perform manual handling tasks (lifting, moving materials)?? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills?? A proactive team player with a good work ethic
