Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30am - 17:00pm
Salary: Up to 30,000 per annum (Negotiable)

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Spot Quote Follow-Up: Proactively reach out to clients to confirm receipt of quotes and address any questions or concerns, ensuring high conversion rates.
- Client Relationship Building: Establish strong rapport with clients to understand their needs and encourage repeat business.
- Objection Handling & Closing Deals: Tackle client objections effectively and work strategically to close deals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, pricing, and operations) to ensure quotes are accurate and feasible.
- CRM & Data Analysis: Monitor quote progress, update CRM systems, and provide insights on conversion rates to management.
What We're Looking For:
- Freight Forwarding Knowledge: Previous experience in freight forwarding or a similar environment is essential.
- Cold Sales & Telesales Experience: Proven track record of cold calling and telesales success.
- Freight Quotes Expertise: Ability to provide accurate freight quotes for groupage shipments via the Quote Tool.
- Client Potential Recognition: Identify and capitalise on the full potential of each prospect across all transport modes.
- Target Driven & Self-Motivated: A strong drive to meet and exceed targets with a positive attitude.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Confident, clear communicator who can handle objections effectively.
- Organised & Efficient: Capable of managing multiple quotes and follow-ups with precision.
