Junior Team Administrator

Salary: ÂŁ25,000 - ÂŁ27,000
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm & Friday 8am to 4pm

Our client is seeking a Junior Team Administrator to join their busy team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with prior administrative experience who’s eager to step up and support a dynamic leadership team. You’ll work across a variety of areas, combining PA duties, office administration, and operational support.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Administrative Support: Keep company records up to date, coordinate staff holidays and appraisals, and manage supply chain records.
- Director Support: Assist with diary management, correspondence, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Project Support: Help with compliance documentation, project handovers, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Business Promotion: Assist with social media updates, website maintenance, and promoting the company at job fairs or similar events.
- General Admin Duties: Organise company vehicle servicing, prepare reports, and cover team absences when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and IT skills, with the ability to multitask and manage your time effectively.
- A proactive approach—you’re someone who takes initiative and solves problems.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, “can-do” attitude.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
