Do you have an interest in the Education sector? Are you passionate about providing support to students? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to assist the exam delivery team in the planning, coordinating and running of remotely invigilated exam sessions. You will be joining a friendly and supportive team within a company that offers excellent opportunities for personal and professional development.

Your responsibilities as an Administrator will include but are not limited to:

  • Processing the exam session applications, creating admission letters.
  • Completing the annual withdrawal GDPR exercise per session.
  • Assisting with processing exam credits and refunds.
  • Liaising with and supporting the team in the day-to-day management of the D365 system.
  • Answering or escalating queries as appropriate to and from students, firms, external suppliers and other internal teams.
  • Assisting the Exam Delivery team with on the day exam support.
  • Assisting with processing manual exam applications as required.
  • Collating the relevant documentation to assist in the post audit of the exam session and reporting.

To be a successful Administrator you must have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft programs, Excel in particular.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and integrity. 
  • Willing to learn new systems and processes.
  • A desire to work as part of a team.
