Night Duty Manager

Location: Cranfield

Hours: 37 Hours (Permanent)

Working hours are between 23:00hrs and 07.00 including weekends.

Salary: £28K

Our client provides customer-focused, quality accommodation, food, beverage, and hospitality-associated services to the University’s Schools and other external businesses. They create an environment that offers the correct level of hospitality to all their students, delegates, and guests. We are looking for a Night Duty Manager who will be responsible for leading a small team here at this wonderful organisation.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the security and welfare of both students and residents
  • Preparing lecture and function rooms for the following day
  • Responsible for cleaning and tidying public areas
  • Be able to communicate clearly and calmly under pressure and have excellent customer care skills
  • Basic computer skills are required
  • This is a very physical role as you will always be on the go
  • Duties will include checking guests in and out whilst maintaining accurate guest data and financial information
  • Taking and entering reservations into the System
  • Handling guest’s posts/packages and general questions and queries.

You will be provided with:

  • In-house training
  • Uniform (excluding footwear)
