Deputy Reception Manager

Location: Cranfield

Hours: 37 Hours (Permanent)

Working hours are between 07.00 and 23.00. Including weekends.

Salary: £26,935K

We are looking for a Deputy Reception Manager to join this wonderful organisation.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all customers are looked after in a professional and welcoming manner, with an exceptional level of high-quality customer service
  • Ensure that the reception areas are maintained in a clean, tidy, and hygienic condition and always presented to the correct standard
  • Develop & train team members as required so that business and personal targets and goals are met
  • Ensure company policies & procedures are always followed
  • Carry out any other reasonable task as requested by a management team member.
  • To assist with Rota staff in the absence of the Head Receptionist according to business requirements.
