We are currently recruiting for a Service & Sales Coordinator based in Bedford for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis.
Responsibilities of theService & Sales Coordinator
- Input Engineers' worksheets and timesheets into SAP systems.
- Generate invoices.
- Answer phone calls and customer enquiries.
- Booking travel requirements for Engineers.
- Send out service contracts and quotes to customers.
- Keep service contracts up to date including renewals.
- Quoting customer technical upgrades.
- Support service and sales manager.
Requirements for a successful Service & Sales Coordinator
- Previous sales admin experience.
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in MS Office and SAP CS Module.
- Experience organising engineers' travel requirements for the UK and Ireland including booking hotels, flights, ferries and cars.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience generating invoices.
- Attention to detail.
