We are recruiting for a great business based in Bedford, looking for a dynamic Customer Service Administrator to join their team ASAP! You'll be the administration support for their mobile division, ensuring smooth patient bookings and delivering excellent customer service. If you have administration experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, are highly organised and a strong communicator, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate:Work closely with mobile units, venues, and patients to manage bookings.
  • Communicate:Address queries from participants, parents, and venue teams with clarity and professionalism.
  • Confidentiality:Maintain confidentiality and build strong professional relationships.
  • Organise:Schedule appointments, send confirmations, and remind patients of their appointments.
  • Report:Prepare reports, ensure data accuracy, and comply with Information Governance guidelines.

  • Experience:Previous administration experience is a must.
  • Public Interaction:Ideally, experience supporting the general public.
  • Tech-Savvy:Must be computer literate.
  • Communication:Strong communicator, polite, and friendly.
