Job Overview:
We are working with a popular, well established company who specialise in Corporate training programmes and communication.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Relationship Manager to prospect, oversee and nurture relationships with key clients across the UK and EMEA regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client engagement, driving customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. This role requires a proactive approach to relationship management, strategic planning, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients across the UK and EMEA. This includes managing campaigns to drive engagement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement tailored client engagement strategies to drive satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
- Work closely with business development, marketing, Client sucess and training teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Generate proposals of work and statements of work (SOWs) for clients.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, driving revenue growth through strategic account management.
- Secure and conduct regular business reviews meetings with clients, analyzing key performance indicators and presenting insights to enhance their experience.Â
- Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations.
- Utilise the project management system to manage client journeys and collobarote with other business units.Â
- Utilise the Learning management system to monitor training participant progress & activity.Â
- Utilise CRM syetem to enter, track and manage client deals and invoicing.Â
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations while managing client interactions.
- Travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and represent the company professionally.
Knowledge, skills & Experience required:
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role (preferred)
- Technical aptitude with excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to present with confidence.
- Strong understanding of the industry, market trends, and regional business practices.
- Excellent communication (oral & written), negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take direction and manage multiple accounts and projects with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
