Client services Account Manager
The Account Manager is the primary client contact, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships while ensuring seamless service delivery. This role requires excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage client relationships to drive retention and business growth.
- Ensure service delivery meets client expectations and financial targets.
- Act as the liaison between clients and internal departments (Operations, Customer Service, Finance).
- Maintain up-to-date client records, including contracts, KPIs, and performance reports.
- Conduct regular client and internal review meetings to address issues and identify improvements.
- Oversee client projects, escalations, and reporting requirements.
- Assist in pricing proposals and onboarding new clients.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and internal collaboration.
- Provide backup coverage for colleagues when necessary.
