We're thrilled to offer an incredible opportunity for you to become a Registered Manager of a highly reputable homecare provider based in Bedford.

This role revolves around working with the Directors to take the already very established business, to the next stage of growth, so this is a very exciting time to join and establish yourself as a key part of the company!

***Need to be a Driver***

You'll be at the helm, steering the guiding your team whilst collaborating closely with existing and prospective clients. You will also have the benefit of a highly experienced senior managemnt team behind you to bounce innovative ideas with.

Skills wanted:

  • Creative marketing and developing the care service
  • Must have a care management qualification
  • Internal auditing
  • Liaising with external agencies, including CQC, medical professionals and client's family members
  • Recruitment, training, and retention of staff
  • Referral, and assessment management
  • Managing and leading an office team
  • Attending client and supplier meetings
  • Care and Support planning

You won't be going at it alone. The HQ will provide you with a comprehensive support system. This includes ready-to-use marketing materials and teams, a dedicated national manager to assist with contracts and business development, a nursing division to facilitate interviews and packages, a proficient finance/accounts/payroll team for financial support, and IT teams offering pre-made software packages. With these resources at your disposal, you can hit the ground running without the hassle of sourcing or creating various departments.
