Location: Bedford (on-site working)
Duration: Temp until December 2024
Hourly rate: £12.30 (£13.78 including holiday pay)
Hours: 8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday
We are looking for two experience Administrators to support a recruitment team.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the onboarding and vetting processes, ensuring strict adherence to policies, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Communicate proactively with offered candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with HR systems, GDPR, and safeguarding regulations.
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify opportunities for process improvements, enhancing efficiency and response times.
- Provide regular updates and effective communication to all stakeholders regarding onboarding progress.
Requirements:
- Prior experience of working within a fast pasted an admin office environment
- Experience of dealing with multiple queries/people at one time
- Excellent IT skills to include Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.)
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to plan, prioritise and work to deadlines
