- To ensure contract performance is maximised through the monitoring of contractual obligations, performance targets, curriculum delivery and quality assurance targets.
- Responsible for curriculum development in line with the needs of our client, local labour market and employers.
- Working closely with delivery staff to ensure all financial and contractual targets are met and exceeded.
- Ensuring that internal and external procedure are adhered to ensure that contracts are run compliantly (e.g., achieving low risk audits; accurate and timely claims).
- Recruitment of staff.
- Identification of development opportunities through sourcing and securing new leads to expand income streams for the department.
- To maintain and develop positive partnerships, both internally and externally.
- Must hold a relevant first degree and/or professional teaching qualification.
- Must hold teaching experience.
- Must have experience of successful curriculum development and change.
- Strong leadership and performance management experience and skillset.
- Experience of Quality Assurance.
- Ability to inspire, lead and motivate teaching staff and learners.
